Charles Day is a distinguished executive and attorney with an extensive background in healthcare litigation and corporate strategy. He began his career in accounting after earning a BS in Political Science and Accounting, subsequently managing his family’s real estate portfolio while concurrently obtaining both his Juris Doctor and MBA.

Following a successful tenure in private practice—where he specialized in complex business law and insurance disputes—Mr. Day pivoted to entrepreneurship. He founded Aspirion Health Resources, a premier claims management firm, leading the organization to a successful exit.

Now at the helm of Transcend Health, Mr. Day leverages his multidisciplinary expertise to drive innovation in healthcare revenue cycles. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is a devoted husband and father of two who enjoys maritime activities, upland hunting, and historical literature.

Stephen attended the University of Miami as well as Auburn University, with a primary focus on Mechanical Engineering and minor in Business Administration. Stephen has over 25 years experience in the Information Technology field, having spent the last 10 years in healthcare revenue cycle management. 

Tripp Layfield is a seasoned attorney with 30 years experience practicing law, 17 of those years as in-house General Counsel for healthcare systems.  His skills as a corporate attorney are based on the real world of trying cases while in private practice as well as working for the federal government in the nation’s capital. With nearly 20 years as a healthcare executive, Tripp knows firsthand the systemic operational challenges providers face, recognizes the importance of maximizing every revenue opportunity, appreciates the regulatory risks related thereto, and relishes the joy that comes when you succeed.

Alan Valadie, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon in Bradenton, FL who specializes in hip and knee replacement and has been in practice for 25 years. He is involved at the board level for the practice, surgical center, and local hospital where he has been voted doctor of the year twice. He spends his free time boating and fishing with his wife and three grown children.

Dr. Andy Kaslow is a seasoned business leader known for his expertise in driving growth and performance across various industries. As the founder of Quantum Leap Advisors, LLC, he specializes in strategic leadership in areas like operations, talent management, and technology. With a background in senior executive roles at companies like Time Warner and AIG, Kaslow has a proven track record in navigating organizational challenges and facilitating transformative transactions. He holds a Ph.D. in behavioral sciences from Columbia University and is fluent in French and Spanish.

Avis attained her education, studying Business Administration from Troy University. With an extensive background of over 13 years in the health insurance and medical billing industry, she specializes in handling complex claims. This expertise is complemented by her rich experience spanning 26 years in customer service, where she excelled as a Learning & Development content creator and trainer. Avis is deeply passionate about nurturing the growth of individuals and finds her own success in witnessing their progress. Her enthusiasm is fueled by the gratification of aiding customers in making a positive contribution to their local communities.
